Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Musique Solutions, we want you to feel confident when you invest in music promotion. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when orders may be cancelled, how refunds are handled, and how our results guarantee works.

This policy applies to all packages purchased through https://order.musiquesolutions.com unless a specific product page states otherwise.

1. All sales are for digital services

Our products are digital marketing services — not physical goods. Once a campaign has started, resources are allocated to your release. For that reason, refund eligibility depends on campaign status and the conditions below.

2. Order cancellation before campaign start

You may request cancellation of your order if your campaign has not yet started. A campaign is considered started once our team begins pitching, scheduling, or executing promotion for your track(s).

  • Contact us at support@musiquesolutions.com as soon as possible with your order number.
  • Approved cancellations before campaign start may receive a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Processing times for refunds depend on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days after approval.

3. Orders that cannot be cancelled

We generally cannot cancel or refund orders when:

  • The campaign is already in progress or completed
  • Incorrect or invalid Spotify links were submitted by the customer
  • The track was removed, restricted, or unavailable on Spotify through no fault of Musique Solutions
  • The customer fails to respond to required follow-up within a reasonable time
  • The order violates our Terms & Conditions (e.g. infringing or prohibited content)

4. Refund requests after purchase

Refund requests after a campaign has begun are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer refunds simply because results differ from expectations when the service was delivered as described and external factors (genre, competition, algorithm changes, release timing) affected performance.

If you believe there was a service error on our part, email support@musiquesolutions.com with:

  • Your order number and purchase email
  • Spotify link(s) submitted
  • A clear description of the issue

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

5. Results guarantee

Many of our packages include the guarantee: "Guaranteed results or we run it again, free." This means:

  • If the stated deliverables for your specific package are not met under normal operating conditions, we will re-run the campaign at no additional charge.
  • The guarantee applies to the package you purchased — not to outcomes outside that package's scope (e.g. chart placement, editorial acceptance, or viral growth unless explicitly included).
  • The guarantee does not apply where failure is caused by incorrect links, track takedowns, platform policy changes, or customer-provided information that was inaccurate or incomplete.

To claim the guarantee, contact us with your order details. We will verify campaign delivery and arrange a re-run if eligible.

6. Pre-order and scheduled releases

If you selected Pre-Order and provided a future release date, your campaign will be scheduled accordingly. You may request cancellation before the scheduled start date. Once promotion begins on or after your release date, standard refund rules apply.

7. Multi-track orders

Orders with multiple tracks are treated as a single campaign package. Partial refunds for individual tracks within a completed or in-progress multi-track order are not available unless we determine a specific track was not processed due to our error.

8. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to resolve legitimate concerns directly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in refusal of future service and may delay resolution.

9. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. We cannot refund to a different card or account. Store credit may be offered in exceptional cases by mutual agreement.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Changes apply to future orders; the policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that order unless otherwise required by law.
