1. About our services

Musique Solutions provides organic music promotion services, including but not limited to Spotify playlist pitching, algorithmic campaigns, editorial outreach, radio-style promotion, and social media advertising related to music releases. Services are delivered digitally. Specific deliverables, stream ranges, and timelines depend on the package you select at checkout.

We promote music through legitimate marketing channels. We do not use bots, click farms, artificial streaming, or any method that violates Spotify's terms of service or applicable platform policies.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase our Services. By ordering, you confirm that you own or control the rights to the music you submit, or have authorization from the rights holder to promote it.

3. Orders and payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and are due at the time of purchase through our secure checkout.
Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information, Spotify track or album links, genre details, and any other information requested during checkout.
Multi-track discounts apply as displayed during checkout. The final order summary at checkout reflects the price charged.

4. Campaign delivery

Most campaigns begin within 24 hours of order confirmation, unless you selected a pre-order release date.
Stream ranges shown on packages are estimated targets based on historical campaign performance, not guaranteed minimums unless explicitly stated on the product page.
Results may vary based on genre, track quality, release timing, competition, and platform algorithm changes.

5. Guarantee and refunds

Where a package includes our results guarantee, we will re-run the campaign at no additional charge if the stated deliverables for that package are not met under normal operating conditions. Guarantee terms apply per package and do not cover factors outside our control, including takedowns by Spotify, incorrect links submitted by the customer, or material changes to platform policies.

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis if a campaign has not yet started. Once a campaign is in progress, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. 6. Your responsibilities

Submit valid Spotify track or album URLs — not artist profile links unless explicitly requested.
Ensure your music complies with copyright law and does not infringe third-party rights.
Do not submit content that is hateful, illegal, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited by streaming platforms.
Respond promptly to any follow-up emails if we need additional information to fulfill your order.

7. Prohibited use

You may not misuse our website or Services, attempt to interfere with our systems, resell our Services without written permission, or use our Services to promote content that violates applicable laws or platform rules. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

8. Intellectual property

All website content, branding, text, graphics, and materials provided by Musique Solutions remain our property or that of our licensors. You retain ownership of your music and grant us a limited license to use submitted materials solely to deliver the Services you purchased.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee chart placement, editorial playlist acceptance, viral reach, or specific revenue outcomes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Musique Solutions and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

11. Privacy

We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and as needed to process orders and communicate with you. Payment information is handled securely by our payment processor; we do not store full card details on our servers.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Musique Solutions operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
